Intention Coaching is a 3-month supportive partnership with Dr. David Chorpenning, 

helping you use intention to create meaningful change and build 

confidence to apply it throughout your life.

This is for people who’ve set an intention or goal, truly meant it—and then watched life quietly pull them away from it.

HOW IT WORKS

Each session provides the accountability and thoughtful feedback you need to stay on track and continue making progress. Over three months, your intention doesn’t just survive—it evolves with you to create meaningful change in your life.

The Science

Research shows that when you connect to what’s important to you and consistently pay attention to what shows up, your brain begins to support that  change, helping you stay on track and move forward with greater ease. This is an important part of Dr. David's coaching process that turns your intention into a practical, adaptable plan that works in real life.
